Through my website, I share my passion for interiors and home décor, occasionally venturing into other lifestyle topics such as entertaining and cocktail making.
I started blogging back in 2014 after buying a fixer-upper in a leafy suburb of south-east London with my husband. I’ve loved sharing our renovation ups and downs on the blog and our first house has played a significant role in my design journey.
In 2021, we bought our long-term family home, which is only a stone’s throw away from our previous one. Our new place has had its challenges, and I’m taking my time with the decorating this time around, and enjoying every minute of the process.
I would describe my current decorating style as a mix of traditional and modern design, with a strong emphasis on natural materials, sustainability and investing in quality that will last a lifetime. You may have guessed from the name that I am a proud Finn, which means Nordic/Scandi design plays a big part in my life.
I have studied at KLC School of Design and recently won the Home & Garden Award for Most Trusted Residential Interior Design Service in 2025, as well as the LUXlife Client Satisfaction Excellence Award in 2025. My blog is listed as one of the UK’s top 50 interior design blogs by Blog Feedspot and is currently ranked at number 21.
